PAYMENTS

All payments are made securely using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay this way, you may use the feature using either a debit or credit card.

Once you have completed checkout you will be automatically forwarded to PayPal's secure website to complete your order.

ORDER PROCESSING/ DELIVERY COSTS AND TIME

Processing of orders takes 1-3 working days, after which your order will be sent. We endeavour to send all orders next day, to allow fast delivery. Please kindly inform us if you need your order sooner.

Please select the appropriate delivery option indicated for your Country/Zone. We currently use Royal Mail and all tracking numbers provided will be valid on your country's post office website tracking section.

UK (Standard Flat Rate) - £2.50 (2 - 5 Working Days)

Europe (International Tracked Delivery) - £8.99 (3 - 7 Working Days)

Rest of the World (International Tracked Delivery) - £14.99 (5 - 10 Working Days)

RETURNS

We ensure all items leave in perfect condition, however, we are unable to control shipping company logistics and delivery handling. However, if you recieve any items damaged, kindly notify us not more than 3 days after receipt of package, we will require photos of the damaged items recieved.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES. ALL ORDERS WILL BE SENT BY A TRACKABLE SERVICE AND WE WILL PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS ONCE A DISPATCH NOTIFICATION IS SENT.
